Nature-based therapy combines traditional therapeutic approaches with the healing power of the outdoors. Sessions involve walking and talking in carefully selected natural settings, incorporating mindfulness exercises and grounding techniques while addressing your therapeutic needs. .


We offer two session lengths:

  • 60-minute Nature Walk Sessions
  • 90-minute Extended Journey Sessions include initial check-in and closing reflection time.



  • Sessions continue in light rain (we recommend appropriate clothing)
  • 24-hour weather monitoring and communication
  • Free rescheduling for severe weather conditions
  • Can be moved to a virtual session by connecting with your therapist
  • Winter sessions available with proper preparation


 Sessions are conducted on pre-selected, accessible trails in Diamond Valley and Okotoks. The exact location will be shared after booking, considering:

  • Your mobility needs
  • Privacy requirements
  • Parking accessibility
  • Session length chosen


 Our session rates are:

  • 60-minute Nature Walk Session: $220
  • 90-minute Extended Journey: $320
