I provide couples therapy in Calgary, both in-person at the Thrive Business Center and virtually through the Jane App. This is a calm, supportive space where you and your partner can reconnect, communicate more clearly, and work through challenges together. I guide couples with empathy, focusing on emotional safety, understanding, and trust, so both partners feel truly heard and supported.
