Our group therapy sessions run for 1.5 hours, offering flexible programs from weekly meetings to comprehensive month-long series. In our safe, nurturing environment, you'll connect with others who truly understand your journey while developing practical strategies from grief and trauma experiences. Outdoor Therapy involves using the restorative qualities of nature to help with mental health and stress reduction. Through activities like mindfulness and guided walks, together we can promote clarity, balance, and personal growth. This is available based on the outcome of our initial meeting. Following our session, we can determine if this approach is the right fit for you. A set meeting space and trail are agreed upon beforehand and it is suggested to scheduled for either 60 -90 minute sessions. This is weather dependent and on easy terrain.
